Joe Scarpa is our Chief Healer.

Joe is an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, and Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist. Joe holds a BS in the Sciences, and has worked as a professional engineer, software engineer, project manager and gas station attendant.

He spent the late 80s and 90s working with mechanical engineers and designers applying the then nascent 3D Computer Aided Design and Engineering Software to problems of great complexity and substance in locations accross the United States. He spent the mid 90s working with Business Managers, Accountants and IT Honchos as a systems integrator and Management Consultant implementing enterprise systems based on fancy-schmancy high end Database Software.

Early in this millenium Joe found the need to nurture his creative side and launched "Mac House Calls" to help small and medium sized businesses in OC leverage the greatness of the Mac to beat the snot out of their competitors.
